Poretti Gaggini's lacquering division is equipped with a U.S.I. Italia installation for industrial lacquering, with sprecialized operators. Lacquering is being carried out in respect to the limits imposed by regulations in force regarding the subject of environmental emissions.
The cabin within the building is characterized by its dimensions of 7 x 4 m, and there can be used both water lacquers and solvents (enamels and epoxy primers).
Lacquering is carried out at a constant temperature in the furnace installed in this division. The furnace maintains control over the temperature during the normal process of lacquering and thus makes defects like dribbling or burring practically non-existent.
The Company is capable of elaborating and furnishing in Chiasso any solution of liquid or spray lacquering for the production of small quantities as well as big lots, always maintaining the quality standards of the finished product.
